Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity document, device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ucl300 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and permanently forfeit any associated balances without prior notice.
When completing the registration form, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and contact number. Any registration completed using false, misleading, or third-party information is void from inception. ucl300 is not responsible for any losses arising from an inability to access your account due to inaccurate registration data.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. ucl300 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately by emailing [email protected]. ucl300 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Member has failed to safeguard their credentials.
ucl300 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party. Attempts to transfer account ownership will result in immediate account closure.
ucl300 operates a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering standards. You may be required to complete identity verification at any stage of your membership — at registration, prior to a first withdrawal, following a deposit exceeding certain thresholds, or at the discretion of the ucl300 compliance team.

E-wallet deposits are generally credited instantly. ucl300 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking infrastructure, system maintenance windows, or national bank holidays in Indonesia. Deposits made during the Idul Fitri or Lebaran banking closure period may experience extended processing times.
Withdrawal requests submitted during normal WIB operating hours (typically 08:00–23:00 WIB) are processed within 5–15 minutes, subject to KYC clearance. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. ucl300 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
ucl300 reserves the right to require full KYC verification prior to processing any withdrawal. An account is classified as dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ucl300 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero. Members will be notified by email prior to the commencement of dormancy fees.
ucl300 offers various promotional incentives to its members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, BRI Liga 1 season launches, and FIFA World Cup qualifying periods. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer.
All bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ucl300's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your ucl300 account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your ucl300 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be paid to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC clearance.
ucl300 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
